me and my friend are wondering if u need to have dye to make ur guild cape? when u first make on. any help would be nice. and do u need to provide a cape when u make a guild cape? if so where can i get one

No. All you need is 2000g.

see the npc named the guild emblemer usually standing next to the guild registar npc in cities. Note the guild leader is the person who designs the cape.

Nope, but make sure you get the design you want cause it will cost to change it. IIRC, it costs 2 platinum to change the design.
